Fungi and more

Last week we popped out amidst the gloom for a welly walk around one of our local National Trust properties. As we were wandering around I spotted so many fungi that I couldn’t resist snapping away at them. Clearly, they are enjoying the dreich (Scottish for damp and wet) weather. Unlike me, who finds the incessant gloom all a bit challenging!

This one made me smile 🙂
There were some interesting shapes and colours too. This tree was really fascinating.

And despite the gloom, the colours were still vibrant.

And everywhere I looked I saw beautiful textures.
